One Year Warranty


All of our jewelry pieces come with a one year warranty. This covers manufacturing flaws and replacing any side stone under 0.15ct that may get lost, among other general repairs that may arise. Please note our warranty does not cover the center stone or loss of the piece. We also offer extensions of this warranty.



Extended Warranty


You may opt to purchase an extended warranty, but only before the completed item is picked up from the store from original purchase. This way, we can assure the quality of the piece going into the extended service period.

**Returns & Exchanges By Phone for Online Purchases**


For eligible online orders, returns and exchanges can be initiated over the phone. This applies to unworn products shipped from any location, both within and outside of the US. Simply call us at 312-920-0726 to start the process.




**How to Make Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases:**


1. Call Us at 312-920-0726: We'll send you a return shipping authorization number and a complimentary FedEx return shipping label for your online purchase.


2. Packaging for Online Purchases: Place your online jewelry purchase in the original packaging. If you don't have it, include the ring/jewelry box inside a small FedEx Priority box and seal it. Don't forget any promotional gift(s) with purchase for your online order.


3. Secure the Box for Online Purchases: Ensure the box is sealed properly, and remove any old addresses or barcodes.


4. Labeling for Online Purchases: Write your shipping authorization number on the outside of the box (details in your return confirmation email).


5. Attach the FedEx label to the box for your online purchase.


6. Return Your Online Package: Locate a FedEx Staffed location by searching for your zip code and selecting "Shipping assistance" for your online purchase. Obtain a FedEx receipt as proof of shipping.


7. If you misplace your Diamond certificate your Item is not eligible for return.


Please note that using our provided shipping label and following packaging instructions guarantees full insurance for your online shipment.




**Refunds for Online Purchases**


Once we receive your return for your online purchase, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the items for unworn condition and confirm the presence of promotional gift(s) with purchase before issuing a refund.




**Resizing for Online Purchases**


Enjoy complimentary resizing within 60 days, with free shipping both ways for your online purchase. The 60-day resizing period starts when your online purchase is first available for shipment . This is not available for n-store orders, custom-made orders, and orders placed by phone, please check your Invoice terms and agreement.


Eternity rings and specific alternative metals are not resizable but may be exchanged within 30 days for online purchases. Custom, modified, and engraved rings for online purchases can be resized for a fee. Outside the 60-day free resizing period, resizing is available for a fee or through our Extend Protection Plan if the item falls within the recommended sizing range.




**Comparative Purchasing for Online Purchases**


To maintain quality and competitive pricing for online purchases, we don't allow comparative purchasing. Online orders suspected of being comparative may be blocked from shipping or returning.




**Gift Cards for Online Purchases**


Our gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash for online purchases. Any unused balance remains accessible for future online purchases under the same gift card reference code. Please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen gift cards for online purchases.
